Oil of the Month!
GRAPEFRUIT
$16.00+tax

Grapefruit Essential Oil Citrus X paradisi Grapefruit's fresh, invigorating aroma is sure to uplift the mood and please the senses. Pressed from the rind, grapefruit is more than just a fresh scent, its cleansing and invigorating properties have made it a favorite among essential oil lovers. For topical, aromatic, or dietary use.

I use Grapefruit daily by putting four drops in a capsule and taking it orally. I also clean with it because it has a very pleasant smell.
*For dietary use you would put five drops into a gallon of water and drink throughout the day. and/or Dilute one drop oil in 1 tsp. Honey or 4 oz of beverage. (soy/rice milk)
*Other possible uses: Grapefruit oil may help with cancer, depression, drug withdrawal, eating disorders, fatigue, gallstones, jet lag, liver disorders, migraine headaches, obesity,pre-menstrual tension, stress, and stimulating the sympathetic nervous system. It also may have a cleansing effect on your kidneys, the lymphatic system, and the vascular system.
*Aromatic Influence: It is balancing and uplifting to the mind and may help to relieve anxiety.
Application: May be applied NEAT (with no dilution) when used topically. Apply to reflex points and/or directly on area of concern; Diffuse. Because Grapefruit oil had many of the same uses as other citrus oils, it can be used in there place when immediate exposure to the sun is unavoidable. this is because Grapefruit oil does not cause as much photo sensitivity as the other citrus oils.
